At C&N we have a mission to take care of our customers to be the only bank they need.  The position is based in Wellsboro, PA.  We also offer the flexibility to work in the Southern Tier of NY or in Northern PA. The Investment Officer provides portfolio management and evaluation for designated asset management clients and/or accounts. The position provides investment support for advice, content, and market commentary for internal and external audiences. Portfolio construction, trading, analysis, investment operations, and performance reporting are major components to the position.

Education:  MBA or master’s degree in related field.

and

Experience:  6-8 years of previous related experience and/or training

OR:  Equivalent combination of education and experience.

Required Certifications:  CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst), CFA candidate, CIMA (Certified Investment Management Analyst) or CIMA® candidate preferred. 

Certifications required within 3 years of employment.

1.  Provides investment support for internal and external client meetings and manages designated clients and/or accounts         within the Wealth Management Group.

2.  Reviews existing portfolios and assembles new investment portfolios.

3.  May supervise, lead & coach Wealth Management employees.

4.  Training and Education – Completes all assigned training as established in a timely manner, including compliance,             certification & licensure, and other developmental requirements.

5. Customer Service - Exemplifies C&N’s Customer Service Standards.
