Overview

We are looking for a Community Office Manager (branch manager) to fill an opening immediately in Doylestown, PA.  The qualified branch manager will have a bachelor’s degree from a 4-year school preferably in finance or a finance related field and 2-4 years of previous sales and management experience. The qualified candidate will be able to enhance business development, customer retention and manage bank personnel.

Qualifications

Education:    Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) or equivalent from a four-year college or university or equivalent in a related field.

 

Experience:   4-6 years of previous related sales and management experience in a banking environment or a related sales field.

                                                           or

         Equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

1.  Enhances customer retention, attracts new business and deepens existing relationships through new account business development, cross selling and quality referrals.

 

2.  Manages the effective and efficient operations of the branch.

 

3.  Leads, directs and engages in Business Development efforts for the branch.

 

4.  Leadership & Coaching.

 

5.  Training and Education.

 

6.  Customer Service – exemplifies Citizens & Northern’s Customer Service Standards.
