We are looking for a Training & Development Specialist to fill an opening immediately in Wellsboro, PA. The Training & Development Specialist plans and serves as an instructor for learning events at the organization while using innovative methods to inspire participants to achieve their potential. This position will assist the Training & Development Manager in evaluating the effectiveness of all learning programs.
Education: Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university or equivalent in a directly related field.
Experience: 2 – 4 years of experience preferably in organizational development or an adult education domain or other related experience and/or training.
Equivalent combination of education and experience.
1.. Organizes, plans and facilitates C&N T&D programs, which may include orientation, skills training and unique training programs to fulfill a specific need.
2. Creates and updates training procedure manuals, guides and course materials.
3. Assists T&D manager with evaluating C&N T&D program effectiveness through assessments, surveys and feedback.
4. Administers various grant related programs to ensure C&N receives the maximum benefit available under the award.
